Envy Martini

To celebrate St. Patty’s Day you need green — and lots of it. To help with your quest I present to you a fitting martini: Envy. The flavours of hazelnut, sweet melon, fuzzy peach and fresh citrus complement each other to form a sweet martini. Be the envy of the room where green beer is the standard.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. Banff Ice Vodka

1/4 oz. Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

1/2 oz. Bols Melon Liqueur

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

1/4 oz. lime juice

Garnish with a lime wheel

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Tips

If you find this martini too sweet for your liking, increase the amount of lime juice.

Using fresh squeezed lime juice is always going to give you a better tasting drink. The better the ingredients, the better the final result.
