A Simple Secret To Burn Fat Effectively | | Jack Folla Jack Folla

There are many diet programs out there that saying they can help you melt off body fat. When you eat foods in the correct combination, your body successfully find its perfect weight. Knowing which foods can be eaten up together is the heart of this weight loss strategy. This lets your digestive system to function right, leading to full digestion. Here’s an uncomplicated guide for optimal food combining.

There are four distinct food types, and each type calls for different conditions for full food breakdown. Carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and non-starchy vegetables comprise the four groups. Foods rich in protein include all meats and fish, dairy products, almost all nuts, and soy foods. Starchy veggie like potatoes, cereals like rice and oats, baked foods like bread and cake, and also pasta are all included under carbs. Salad ingredients form the non-starchy vegetable group, along with herbs and a handful of seeds.

Fruits are subdivided into sweet, sour, sub-acidic, and melons. Figs, prunes, bananas, and dried fruits contain enough sugar to be classed as sweet. Pineapples, lemons, oranges, and grapefruits are the most common fruits in the acidic class. Sub-acidic fruits are apples, papaya, mango, plums, kiwi, peaches, and almost all berries. Of course, it’s not difficult to guess what to include under melons; watermelon, honeydew, sweet melon, and other varieties.

Various chemical conditions are required by each food type, to be entirely broken down. Whereas an alkaline condition is necessary to fully digest sugars, for example, an acidic condition is required by proteins. Blending carbohydrates and proteins results in neither an acidic nor an alkaline condition, which is not enjoyables. The result is that neither the protein-rich foods nor carbs become entirely broken down, and this could lead to many digestive disorders. Bloating, reflux, stomach cramps, gas and even mucous colitisIBS could be the consequence of eating improper food combinations over time.

Here is how you can avoid digestive problems and be healthy. Take in either carbohydrates or proteins at each meal, never simultaneously. Accompany either carbohydrates or proteins with non-starchy vegetables.

Fruits need to be eaten up alone. To avert stomach discomfort, eat simply one food type at every meal, or mix the different types as follows: sweet-tasting fruits with acid fruits, or sour-tasting fruits with sub-acid fruits. Always eat melons by themselves for best digestion.

Also, consider that the different types of food demand different periods of time to be completely digested. Protein-rich foods are not fully digested until four hours after eating, while carbs break down fully in two. This is important so you don’t eat a conflicting type of food too soon after your previous meal.

Because these guidelines suggest that you keep off everyday dishes like pizzas with cheese, burgers, and meat sandwiches, it is better to allow yourself a period of time to acquire these new habits. Observe these guidelines and you’ll discover you’re feeling your best and losing weight without needing to deprive yourself of eating well at each meal.

A Simple Secret To Burn Fat Effectively

Information on How To Melt Off the Unwanted Pounds Without Going ...

Losing weight may be simpler than you believe after you discoverhear about these simple facts. Knowing how to mix foods properly is a crucial element of losing weight. Foods can be categorized according to their digestive prerequisites. When you eat harmonious foods at the same meal, your digestive system is able to do its job the right way. Here's an uncomplicated guide for optimal food combining.

You can divide foods into one of four types regarding their digestive characteristics. You can classify foods into these types: protein, sugars, fruits, and non-starchy vegetables. Fish, meat, dairy, soy, and nuts are the primary protein foods. Carbohydrate-rich food include potatoes and starchy vegetables, grains such as rice, corn, oats and millet, pasta, honey, sweets, and baked foods such as bread, biscuits, cakes, and pastries. Lettuce, celery, and other common salad ingredients make up the non-starchy veggie category.

Within the types of fruits are four sub classes: acidic, sub-acidic, sweet and melons. Sweet fruits include: bananas, figs, dates, prunes, and nearly all dehydrated fruits. Citrus fruits and pineapples are the primary acidic ones. The fruits referred to as sub-acidic, such as apples, papayas, kiwis, peaches, and berries contain less acid than citrus fruit, which is why they are called sub-acidic. Melons include watermelon, sweet melon, honeydew melon, and several other melons.

Different chemical conditions are required by every food type, in order to be wholly digested. Whereas a basic condition is necessary in order to totally break down sugars, for instance, an acidic condition is needed by proteins. When you mix proteins and carbohydrates simultaneously in a meal, the acidic and basic mixture of digestive fluids creates a neutral condition in the stomach. The outcome is that neither the foods high in protein nor carbs become fully digested, and this can lead to lots of stomach disorders. Bloating, acid reflux, cramps, gas and even irritable bowel syndrome can be the outcome of consuming wrong food combinations over a period.

To fend off such problems and burn fat efficiently, stick to these easy guidelines of proper food combining at every meal. Try not to blend proteins and carbohydrates simultaneously. You may eat proteins or carbohydrates with non-starchy vegetables.

Eat fruits alone, and, ideally when your tummy is empty. To fend off digestive discomfort, consume only one food type each meal, or mix the different types of food as follows: sweetly flavored fruits with sour-tasting fruits, or sour fruits with sub-acid fruits. Try not to eat any other fruit with melons.

Most people aren't aware that proteins, carbs, and fruits all call for different time intervals prior to digestion is complete. Carbohydrates are digested in a couple of hours while proteins need four hours for complete digestion. This is crucial so you don't consume a conflicting type of food shortly after your previous meal.

Since numerous the usual meals include detrimental food combinations, you might need some time to get rid of old habits. Stick to these guidelines and you'll discover you're feeling your best and losing weight without needing to deprive yourself of eating well at every meal.

Unique Ink ©: Sweets for the Sweet

Seems like forever that I have posted! I have been REALLY busy, a good busy, but REALLY busy!  Anyone I had to look in my picture files to actually find something to share...lol, here is a card I made with the stamp set Sweets for the Sweet.  I randomly stamped onto Melon Mambo cardstock with Melon Mambo ink. Then I ran a piece of Whisper White through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots folder.  I stamped the same piece of candy onto a scrap of white and punched it out with a circle punch(can't remember which one it's been so long ago) and then I glued a lollipop stick to the back of it.  I then cut off a small baggie (from the jewelery making section at the store) to place over the top of the candy to look wrapped.  I tied a black piece of 1/4 grosgrain ribbon around it and stuck it all down. I then stamped the sentiment and punched it out and layered it onto Melon Mambo circle and Basic Black Scallop Circle.

Promiscuous Production: Meeting is Bittersweet | Andi Sutton

A National Bitter Melon Council Public, Interactive Intervention, Nov. 7, 2010

Group Exhibition: Let Them EAT LACMA, a 1-day performance event celebrating the closing of the garden-focused exhibition: EAT LACMA (June – November, 2010)

Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

Meeting (and its aftermath) carries the essence and inevitability of human contact: exchange, wonder, and change. This Meeting is Bittersweet, a human-scale manifestation of the National Bitter Melon Council’s EAT LACMA garden installation, was just that.  The installation Promiscuous Production: Breeding is Bittersweet was a tunnel of love made of a bamboo trellis where two “opposing” gourds (Bitter Melon and sweet melon) cross-bred a new variety: BitterSweet Melon. With that installation as the backdrop, the performance began by quizzing visitors to determine their levels of bitterness or sweetness using the NBMC’s original Meyers-Bitter survey. Once ID’d, they wore Bitter or Sweet nametags and were givenpink (sweet) or green (bitter) pollinator stickers.  Afterward, we sent them off to cross-pollinate.

Participants interpreted the instruction broadly, realizing a collective performance turned institutional intervention throughout LACMA. Pink and green pollen peppered unwitting friends and strangers.  It appeared everywhere — on bodies, walls, and floors, and even snuck into other performances. By the end of the day, the whole of LACMA was bittersweet.

This world cannot be understood through sweetness alone, but often bitterness is seen as a repellent flavor and emotion. However, we believe that fear and avoidance of bitterness on the tongue and in the spirit lead to blandness and flatness of experience, hence our exploration of the bittersweet in this performance. Exposing these opposites in a performance environment instigated exchange through difference — indeed, because of it. The wonder and play in participants’ interactions reached from one polarity to the other in a way was truly bittersweet.

Composition seems nice : it sounds like a creamy perfume to me.

I don't know if it will be available in Belgium though.

As fragrances addicts, we don't have to care neither about the bottle nor about the person presenting the fragrance : only the juice is to be judged, and in a constructive way.

The Burton Academy – The Handplant | Snowbroader.EU

February 29, 2012 at 11:00

medo

You asked, and we listened – The Handplant, it is! There are few tricks that look as cool as the Handplant, and even fewer that are as easy to learn. Simply said: the trick of choice for those who like to impress their friends!

Follow The Steps:

  • Get low, slide the board to bring the tail under you, rotate the shoulders slow and easy, bend at the waist (careful not to overflex your back leg), and place your hands on either side of your tail.
  • Straighten the back leg and squirt the board out from under you until you feel the tail pop hard. After it pops, pull your knees in and bring the board down toward your topside edge.
  • Remember to keep your arms straight, so that you don’t have to support all your weight with scrawny muscles… it’s far better to use them bones!
  • When your ready to use just one arm, be sure to place it right next to the topside corner of your tail.
  • As you squirt, remember to look down at your hand to help allow your body and board to rotate through the plant.

When you get comfortable with these, you can leave your lead hand back by your lead hip and pull that board in for a sweet melon grab. There are so many variations on the handplant, but every single one of them has one thing in common… The Squirt! Learn this important skill and you’ll be unlocking some amazing new options.

Shawarmania in Dubai: Part One | Megamondo Travel

The shawarma; as ubiquitous throughout the Middle East as lecherous middle aged men are across South East Asia.

A staple snack of late night hunger pangs, a killer of lunchtime cravings, a panacea for all ravenous yearnings that strike at the most inconvenient of moments, the shawarma deserves honouring with a classification of its own separate food group.

The shawarma, in it’s purest form, is shavings of roasted meat carved from a giant rotating vertical spit. Soft pita bread and sauces such as tahini, yoghurt or hot-sauce deliciously smother the filling.

This magnificent culinary marvel is omnipresent across the globe, from Brazil to Bangladesh, it’s possible to travel the world eating nothing but shawarma.

At Megamondo Travel we aim to fearlessly reveal the unique and undiscovered; so, armed with a pocketful of loose change and a reckless abandon for hygiene protocol, we laid our stomachs one the line to bring you a review of Dubai’s best shawarmas.

Al Ijaza
Jumeirah Beach Rd
Jumeirah 1
Pumping out shwaramas for over 22 years, Al Ijaza is famous among locals and residents for satiating famine well into the wee hours. On the weekend, cars pack the parking area outside, furiously honking as the occupants shout their demands to nervous staff waiting to take their order.

The shawarma comes with crunchy salad filling, the pita is basted in the grease of the meat and then slightly toasted. The french fry-to-meat ratio is low, which means more meat and less starchy clogging feel when eating. Al Ijaza drizzles tahini sauce throughout, adding an earthy dimension to the flavour. Pickled carrot, cucumber and radish offered on the side are fresh and crunchy.

As an aside, the curious list of drinks should not be missed, we tried the “Facebook”; strawberry, mango, sweet melon and chikoo blended with icecream and topped with chocolate sauce. Sweet and artery clogging, yet refreshing.

Cost: 4 Dirhams
Shawarama score: 6/10

Eat & Drink Restaurant
Al Wasl Rd
Jumeriah 3
Offering a sumptuous sharwarma that could satisfy even the most haughty gourmand, the crowded parking lot of this popular hangout is crowded with hungry customers.

Chicken, spicy chicken and beef sharwarmas are served up by unappreciative, almost belligerent waiters. The frosty reception is compensated by an outstanding shawarma, replete with perfectly soft pita bread, fabulously tender meat drenched in flavour and plump tomato bursting with zest.

What tips it over the edge is the finely sliced cabbage that replaces the usual sodden lettuce of the common garden-variety shawarma. The cabbage adds a crunchy dimension in substitute of french fries, making the experience much lighter than many competitors.

Cost: 4 Dirhams
Shawarma score: 8/10

Arabian Sea Shell Cafeteria
Jumeirah Beach Rd
Jumeirah 3
Our stomachs still churn when we recall the culinary train-wreck that is the Arabian Sea Shell Cafeteria.

We ordered the chicken shawarma, which we held in high hope; the spicy meat dripping with flavour-laden grease promised an experience that offered great things.

What we were met with was average tasting meat, drowning in an unholy union of tepid mayonnaise and tabasco. Scant amounts of damp salad had been tossed in as almost an afterthought and pickled vegetables in a plastic bag were reminiscent of rubber erasers. The one redeeming element of this experience was that the shawarma was basted in its own grease before being lightly toasted, making it crunchy and adding texture to an otherwise substandard attempt at shawarma.

Cost: 4 Dirhams
Shawarma score: 3/10

Istanbul Flower
Sheikh Zayed Rd
Al Wasl
As this was a street-food assignment, we opt to order through a window from the kitchen facing out over the road. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly man who was more than happy to serve us with enthusiasm.

“Hello, I am from Turkistan”, he exclaimed as he gleefully brandished a giant knife and attacked a slab of meat with a beaming grin.

The shawarma at Istanbul Flower is more true to it’s origins, more Turkish inspired. The bread is unleaven and flat, unlike other offerings of pocket-pita. Instead of the standard pickled vegetable on the side, it was incorporated into the filling, giving a tart zing on the palette. There is no lettuce or cabbage, only tomato, however this does not detract from the experience as the tomato is plump and sweet. The thing that makes this shwarma special is that there is no sauce; the juice from the meat is ample to distribute flavour. This interpretation of the shawarma is worth trying.

Cost: 8 Dirhams
Shawarma score: 6.5/10

Al Mallah
Al Diyafah St
Al Diyafah
This is one of the more popular restaurants for shawarma in Dubai, sadly however, we were left with a dry taste in our mouth and a feeling of being slightly underwhelmed.

The bread was dry and the meat filling inside was also. The dryness was offset however by a zesty garlic mayonnaise which had the effect of a moisturising cream in restoring the balance of the contents somewhat.

Sadly, any trace of salad was noticeably absent and substituted by french-fries, which added to the feeling of choking when attempting to swallow.

Cost: 4 Dirhams
Shawarma score: 5/10

The most widely planted grape in Japan: Koshu | Matt Walls Wine Blog

It’s not every day I have the excuse to start a blog post with a haiku, but I do today, so here goes:

Koshu

It’s quite expensive,
But displays a unique style;
Not unlike sake.

Andrew Jefford would be proud…

In Japan they grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and a handful of other lesser known grapes such as Muscat Bailey A, but the most widely planted is the indigenous Koshu. It is a pretty pink-skinned grape variety that is grown almost exclusively in Yamanashi Prefecture (in the middle of Japan, west of Tokyo) where there are 80 wineries.

It used to be commonly made in a sweet style, but more recently producers have been concentrating on making dry versions. As these have been increasingly promoted by Japanese sommeliers at home and abroad, it has started to become more popular.

I tried 17 different Koshus last week, and though all were slightly different, it is an easily identifiable grape. It seems to have a reasonably tight flavour profile, giving similar expressions each time, rather than loads of different styles like, say, Chardonnay. In terms of colour it tends to be a very, very pale yellow/green. It often displays a lightly aromatic fruitiness, with aromas of melon, green apple and peach, sometimes with a faintly yeasty/leesy undertone, a whiff of jasmine or oyster shells. Though it tends to be medium to full-bodied, it doesn’t have an intense concentration of flavour. Alcohol levels are low (10 – 12% ABV) and acidity levels are medium, neither low nor particularly crisp. The same words cropped up repeatedly in my notes: fresh, clean, pure and delicate.

Much of the above can also be said of sake, to which I feel it has a distinct kinship. Of course, just because they are both made in Japan doesn’t mean there should be any similarity at all: different raw material, different production process, different alcoholic strength, etc. The only thing that links them together is that they are both produced with Japanese food in mind. When I asked Masaki Minai, winemaker at Marquis Winery about this, he explained that Koshu should play a supporting part in the dining experience, whereas sake typically plays more of a leading role.

Though Koshu has an easily identifiable taste profile, there were stylistic differences between each producer: some emphasised fruit, some were more floral; there were varying degrees of leesy and yeasty aromas; though most were unoaked, some had spent some time in barrel; and there was a clear difference between the fuller 2010s on show and the crisper 2011s from a cooler, wetter vintage. Yamato Wine even purposefully increases the mineral content of their wines to dramatic effect by adding sea shells to the soil!

So should you run out and buy a bottle? Well, it’s a unique, albeit very light, style of wine that would be particularly useful for matching with light, delicate dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own. But it does tend to be pretty expensive for what you get. A typical bottle will set you back somewhere between £16 and £22 in the UK. You could buy a Muscadet that would be just as good in sheer quality/enjoyment terms and similar in style for around £12 to £15. The high price is frequently attributed to the cost of production – agricultural land in this small, overcrowded country is very expensive, and growing grapes successfully in the wet climate is a challenge. But I do wonder if the price is partly down to the wines being promoted as a ‘premium product’ rather down to the genuine costs involved. As more and more bottles find their way over here, perhaps we’ll see this price gradually decrease. But if you’re in a Japanese restaurant and see one available by the glass (particularly one of the bottles below), do give it a go – it certainly has its own unique character and it’s well worth a taste.

Fresh Melon Salsa

Watermelon has been pouring out of local gardens, farms and markets..and lining the outdoors (and indoors) of my markets for the past 2 months now, along with their hefty price tag.  Up until about 3 weeks ago I couldn’t get one for cheaper than $5.  Now the lovely price of $3.50 allows me to get my watermelon fix in on a weekly basis without blowing my grocery budget.  July was National Watermelon Month, and the promotion allows for a cheaper buy- sweet! But, did you know that today, August 3, 2011 is National Watermelon Day?
It’s fitting to celebrate the watermelon, since no summer gathering is complete without it- I spoke yesterday of my jealousy of those with the special touch for green gardens and the beautiful fruits of their labor (no pun intended..) In addition to being a tasty treat, watermelon is a good source of vitamins A and C and contains lycopene, fiber and potassium. It’s also more than 90 percent water, so it can help you stay hydrated on hot days, too.  Seems to fit well with the record 110 degree temp today in DFW.  Only the 11th day in history to hit that number.

Did you know that there are around 300 varieties of watermelon in the U.S. and Mexico alone? They come in red, pink, white or yellow. I’ve had the red, and probably the pink, and have been lucky to taste the sweetness of the yellow.  Watermelons are usually quite large. In fact, the Guinness Book of World Records confirms that the heaviest watermelon weighed 262 pounds!
Many people enjoy eating watermelon simply sliced. It’s cool, refreshing and sweet. But you can use watermelon in a variety of recipes, too.  Try this delicious melon salsa for you next summer gathering- or a sweet treat before dinner.

Fresh Melon Salsa

Of course, watermelon is also a crowd pleaser “as is.” Slice it up and you have an instant appetizer, side dish or dessert.  Watermelon lovers—celebrate National Watermelon Day and cut yourself an extra large slice of this sweet, juicy fruit. A Simple Secret Help You Burn Fat Effectively » Artikel Plaatsen

There are numerousa lot of diets out there that claim to help your body melt off body fat. Having the knowledge blend foods correctly is an essential component of losing weight. Being aware of which foods can be consumed together is the heart of this weight loss approach. When you eat up harmonious foods at the same meal, your digestive system can perform its job the right way. Follow these tips to a healthier digestive tract.

There are four distinct food types, and each type demands different conditions for total breakdown of food. Carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and non-starchy vegetables represent the four types. Fish, red meat, dairy, soya, and nuts are the main protein foods. Starchy veggie such as potatoes, grains such as rice and oats, baked foods like bread and cake, as well as pasta are all included under carbs. Salad ingredients represent the non-starchy veggie class, along with herbs and some seeds.

Within the types of fruits are four sub classes: acidic, sub-acidic, sweet and melons. Sweet fruits include: bananas, figs, dates, prunes, and majority dehydrated fruits. Pineapples, lemons, oranges, and grapefruits are the most common fruits belonging in the acidic family. Sub-acidic fruits include: apples, papaya, mango, plums, kiwi, peaches, and nearly all berries. Of course, it’s not hard to guess what to include under melons; watermelon, honeydew, sweet melon, and other varieties.

Every group of foods is broken down by many chemicals in the stomach. On one hand, proteins call for an acidic environment, while on the other, carbohydrates rich food need an alkaline environment. Mixing carbohydrates and proteins results in neither an acidic nor a basic condition, which is not pleasant. The result is that neither the protein-rich foods nor carbs become entirely broken down, and this could result to a lot of stomach problems. This is the reason many people are afflicted with heartburn, for example, or even irritable bowel syndrome.

To avoid such problems and burn fat efficiently, observe these simple rules of correct food combining at every meal. At each meal, resolve whether you will take protein-rich foods or carbohydrates, but not both. You may take in proteins or carbohydrates with non-starchy veggies.

Fruits are best eaten alone. Sub-acid fruits blend very well with both sour-tasting or sweet-tasting fruits, if you wish to eat more than one type of fruit in a serving. Melons should not be consumed with any other fruit.

Also, consider that the various types of food need various periods of time to be completely digested. Carbohydrates are digested in 2 hours while proteins require 4 hours for full digestion. Avoid consuming carbohydrates for four hours after taking in protein, for example.

Begin to make modifications in your diet slowly, as you get accustomed these new ways of eating. Observe these guidelines and you’ll realize you’re feeling better and getting rid of weight without depriving yourself of eating well at every meal.

Promiscuous Production: Breeding is Bittersweet | Andi Sutton

A National Bitter Melon Council Public Sculpture and Interactive Outdoor Installation, June – November 2010

Group Exhibition: EAT LACMA

Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

Promiscuous Production: Breeding is Bittersweet was a large-scale, public installation in the form of an organic “farmden”(farm + garden) that housed an experimental effort to breed a hybrid variety of melon, a Bittersweet melon. It was installed as part of the group show, EAT LACMA, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). From June to November 2010, Bitter Melon grew alongside heirloom varieties of sweet melon and vined around a hand-built trellis made of interlockingbamboo stakes harvested from the LACMA campus. The trellis, designed by National Bitter Melon Council and collaboratively built with the Los Angeles creative team, Materials and Applications (M&A), evolved into a veritable tunnel of love where bees, butterflies, and humans brushed against the melon flowers and promoted their bitter and sweet pollination.

The piece closed with a seed-saving performance event during the day-long, group performance festival, Let Them EAT LACMA, where the NBMC and members of the public harvested Bitter Melons and sweet melons from the trellis, removed the seeds, and dried them for further cultivation. Due to the promiscuous pollen-sharing throughout the season, each seed bears the genetic strain of the other. These seeds will be cultivated in future bittersweet melon gardens where the cycle of breeding will continue until a single, true, NBMC Bittersweet Melon seed strain exists.

Through this breeding experiment, the project utilized the Fluxus performance principle of chance production through the practice of cross-pollination. Breeding two “opposing” melons together enabled the exploration of the flexibility and future of bitterness.

Slimming down may be easier than you think after you discoverhear about these simple facts. Having the knowledge combine foods the right way is an essential component of weight management. The basic principle of eating in order to promote loss of weight requires mixing items from compatible food groups while avoiding contradictory foods in the same meal. When you eat up congruous foods at the same meal, your digestive system will be able to perform its job right. Let’s discuss the rules for correct food combining.

You can divide foods into one of four types according to their digestive characteristics. Sugars, proteins, fruits, and non-starchy vegetables represent the four categories. Protein foods include all meats and fish, dairy products, nearlyall nuts, and soybean foods. Carbohydrate-rich food include potatoes and starchy veggies, grains such as rice, corn, oats and millet, pasta, honey, confections, and baked goods such as bread, cookies, cakes, and pastry doughs. Salad ingredients form the non-starchy vegetable class, along with herbs and some seeds.

Making matters a little more complex, you should be able to distinguish between four types of fruits: sweet, acidic, sub-acidic and melons. Figs, prunes, bananas, and preserved fruits contain sufficient sugar to be classified as sweet. Citrus fruits and pineapples are the highly acidic ones. Fruits such as peaches, apples, plums, and berries are known as sub-acidic fruits. Of course, it’s easy to guess what to include under melons; watermelon, honeydew, sweet melon, and other varieties.

These varying food types call for diverse conditions in the digestive track in order to wholly be digested and be assimilated. For example, high protein foods require an acidic environment to induce total digestion, while carbohydrate foods need an an alkaline condition. When you blend proteins and carbohydrates in one meal, the acidic and basic mixture of digestive juices makes a neutral condition in the stomach. The resulting incomplete break down of food is asking for trouble. This is why many people are afflicted with acid reflux, for instance, or even IBS.

To avert such problems and burn fat efficiently, observe these uncomplicated guidelines of correct food blending at each meal. Eat either carbohydrate rich foods or proteins at each meal, never simultaneously. Non-starchy vegetables go well with both, so they can become a regular addition to most meals.

It’s a good idea to eat only fruits alone. You may combine sub-acid fruits with either sweet or acid fruits. Always take in melons by themselves for best digestion.

Likewise, consider that the different types of food call for different periods of time to be completely digested. It takes 2 hours to break down carbs, 4 to digest proteins. This is important so you don’t eat a conflicting type of food too soon after your earlier meal.

Since many the typical meal items include harmful food combinations, you may need some time to eliminate old habits. When you’re devoted to better health and shedding off extra weight, you’ll discover these rules extremely helpful.
